Frequent asked questions

Do I have to register to place an order?   We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, therefore no registration is needed  to place your order, just provide us with few data for the shipping and  your invoice, if requested.

Is it safe to buy from Barncacle Home?  We guaranteed you a totally safe shopping experience in all forms of payment available, you can check the details of them in our General Conditions.

What are your payment methods? You decide how to, credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or even cash on delivery (only for Spain inland territory) are accepted.

Can I order a sold out item ? Our products are normally limited series, however we don't want you to stop enjoying them. If you are interested in any special one, don't hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to help you.

How much will be the shipping cost? Normally it will depend on what you buy and where you want us to send it to. Shipments up to 15 kilos for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are standardized, you will always know the amount before finalizing your purchase. How long will it take receive my order? For Items shown available, our delivery time is from three to five working days for mainland Spain. We make our shipments of unified form every Wednesday, so you must count the deadline delivery from that date.

Do you have any special occasion requiring a special shipping? Please get in touch with us to help you with your case.

Shipping abroad Spain? We ship within UE territory, please contact  us with details of products & quantities you would like to order and the place to ship to provide you with a full quotation. 

Can I track my shipment?  Al Providing us with your phone number, you will receive a (SMS) message from shipping company del transportista, with all details.

The item I have received is not exactly the same as what was shown on the web? Barnacle Home produces items locally handcrafted, regardless of this, we try to produce uniformly, however depending on the natural character of used materials , there may be slight differences in color isshades, certain textures, etc. This does not compromise the product quality and gives it an unique piece value.

I am not satisfied with the item or I no longer want it, can I return it? You can always exercise your right of withdrawal as customer, however this must comply with the General conditions. Regardless of this, since your satisfaction is the most important thing for us, we always ask you to contact  us first and tell us your case.

My order has arrived with damages or defects what should I do? All our products are conveniently checked and packed before shipping them,reason why most probable it has suffered some damage is during the transportation. If you detect great deterioration of the packaging, such asblows or breaks, please contact us attaching us a pic of it before opening.

How can I request the invoice of my purchase? Access to the contact section, send us the data to which you want the invoice to be issued,  we will send it to you by email shortly.
